I've been trying out the thickening shampoo and conditioner for a couple of months now! Honestly, I ain't noticing much of a change, folks? But since I've got three of each left to go, I’ll keep at it, fingers crossed for a good outcome! 👍🏻

It's been nearly a week and my order still hasn't shipped. They ain't responding to my emails either.

I ended up having to file a PayPal case just to get them to ship my order. Seriously, don't bother ordering.

I've been using the Regrowz stimulant and serum for just over three months now. Gotta say, I'm really happy with the results—my scalp is no longer visible after styling, and the new hair growth feels super strong. I also started using their shampoo and conditioner. Once again, I'm thrilled because other similar products I've tried in the past just weighed my hair down and I could only use them once a week. But with Regrowz's shampoo and conditioner, I can use them all the time. I reached out to their customer service for a different issue, and they handled it really fast and efficiently.

It's super tough to get a comb through my hair after using this, and a bunch of strands come out with it. I've been trying the thickening shampoo and conditioner, but honestly, it doesn't feel like my hair is getting any thicker. After checking out the comments, I'm feeling pretty let down.

I got the 6-month program kit, which includes two boxes for 3 months each, plus some shampoo and conditioner. I placed my order on a Sunday, and it showed up today (Tuesday), so I can't complain about the delivery speed.

But when I opened the first box, I found that the scalp stimulator had leaked, and even more spilled out when I opened the bottle. I just tried it for the first time, and it seems like nearly half the bottle is already gone, yet it doesn’t feel like much got onto my scalp. Since it’s my first go with it, I can’t say how effective it is just yet, but I’d be shocked if I get close to 3 months of use from this first box.

Update - before I reached out to customer service, I got an email saying they’d send a replacement for the damaged box.

I’m giving 5 stars for the customer support. Since I’ve just received the product, I can’t comment on its effectiveness yet, but I’ll keep you posted.

I've been at it with this product for a whole year now. Honestly, I can't say my hair appears any fuller. However, it does feel a lot softer, and both my hair and scalp seem healthier. I've snapped pics of my hair from the same three angles every month to keep track. It really doesn't look any thicker. On the customer service front, they've been quick to respond, and I've gotten everything I've ordered. When I had a hiccup with an incomplete order, they sorted it out right away. I plan to keep using this product for a few more months.
